Best Western Ramkota Hotel Aberdeen, Aberdeen

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, although the window overlooking the swimming pool was a bit dirty. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our weekend stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for my nephew's football matches at Trinity Bible College, although there were some issues with staff movement. The dining experience was satisfactory with plenty of choices. The facilities met our needs during the stay, offering a comfortable environment.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were big enough to accommodate our needs, even fitting two playpens with all our belongings. However, they were a bit dirty and dusty, which was a downside. The service provided during our weekend stay for a state tournament was super accommodating and friendly, but I did notice that some staff members were not very concerned about health protocols. The location was very convenient for our visit to Wylie Park, although the entrance situation could have been better. The dining experience was mediocre, and the area could use more space. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near Storybook Land but was a bit noisy due to loud guests around the building. The rooms were comfortable but a bit distant from the parking area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
